Preaching and Teaching at CBC

Preaching and teaching is an important part of the ministry at CBC.

We are gifted to have among us several able preachers who regularly explain God’s word to us, including:

• Rev Chris Brockway, Church Minister / Team Leader - trained at Moorlands Bible College
• Rev Sandra Prudom, Church Minister and Baptist Evangelist - trained in theology at Spurgeon’s College, London
• Rev Robin Wood - former director of Moorlands Bible College
• Dave Edwins, Church elder - former Director of Mission at Moorlands Bible College, where he still serves as a part time tutor and mentor
• Rev Mike Yates - Baptist Youth Specialist, church elder and leader of Christchurch Impact, which reaches out to young people in the town
• Chris Balchin - Church elder and trained in pastoral ministry
• Wayne Phillips - Church elder and trained in leadership and pastoral ministry
