Christchurch Baptist Church has adopted a code of conduct and good practice guidelines when working with adults at risk. All adults at risk, whatever their age, gender, sexual orientation, racial background, culture or disabilities should always be treated with respect and dignity. The safety and welfare of adults at risk must be a priority.
If you need to report a specific concern about an individual adult at risk, please complete the form below which will be sent directly and securely to our Designated Safeguarding Trustee who will confirm receipt within 48 hours. This form should ideally be completed within 24 hours of any incident. If an adult at risk is in imminent danger of harm, a referral should be made to the police or Social Services without delay. Our Adult at Risk Conern/Incident Reporting Flow Chart details how your concerns should be reported.
To report concerns relating to a child (0-18) OR to report the conduct of a volunteer/staff member please do not use the form below, instead, click the appropriate link on the reporting page.
